1. Introduction
Welcome to Spearmint CAD Solutions Institute. By enrolling in our courses, participating in our projects, or availing our research paper publication support, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Fees and Payment Terms
2.1 Course Fees
Fees for all courses must be paid 50% in advance before the commencement of the course and the remaining 50% before issuing the course completion certificate.

2.2 Project Fees
Mechanical Engineering Major & Minor Projects Based on Design and Simulation must be paid 50% in advance before starting the project and the remaining 50% before issuing the project data and simulations.

2.3 Research Paper Publication Support Fees
Fees for research paper publication support must be paid 50% in advance before submission of the paper and the remaining 50% before final submission.

3. Intellectual Property
All course materials, project data, and research papers are the intellectual property of Spearmint CAD Solutions Institute and its instructors. Reproduction or distribution of these materials without permission is prohibited.
